What can I ask?

This service is intended to answer the following types of inquiries:

Requests for brief factual information
Information about the library's holdings and services
Citation verification
Information on the selection and use of electronic databases and resources
Guidance on how to begin library research for a term paper or class project

Please note: Reference questions from members of the Duke community will receive priority as the library's reference staff is limited in number. Questions from others will be answered as speedily as time allows.
